**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to manage the daily business operations of the centre and work with stakeholders to optimise asset value and contribute to the success of Hunter’s Plaza.

**The value you’ll add**
- Effectively lead and manage all aspects of Centre operations
- Manage onsite marketing, promotions, operations, administration and maintenance
- Maintain the asset to optimise returns and value
- Assist to prepare and execute annual business plans and budgets
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, owners, and other stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ successful experience leading retail stores
- Well-developed knowledge and ability to analyse and understand consumer behaviour and trends
- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
