**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Facilities Manager **to join our award-winning **Real Estate Management Services **team**, **based in our **Wellington CBD **office.
We are looking for a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Wellington region, with an emphasis on proactively maximising portfolio value for our clients.
**The value you'll add**
- Assist in implementation of leasing strategies
- Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
- Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
- Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
- Liaise and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
- Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Prepare and implement long term maintenance plans to meet clients objectives
- Manage multi-layered projects and stakeholder expectations
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years' relevant experience, including administration or trades
- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services
- Working towards REA Salesperson’s License desirable
- Ability to travel and a current clean full driver’s licence
- High competence in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
