**Job Description**:
A fantastic opportunity has recently become available for a creative and passionate **Graphic Designer **to join our talented and diverse **Corporate Marketing** team.

Working with a globally recognised brand, you will develop and execute traditional and digital creative solutions for our brokerage teams, clients, and the wider Colliers team across New Zealand.

This role is a permanent full-time, based in our world-class, waterfront office in Auckland CBD.

**The value you'll add**
- Create templated and bespoke design work across all media, including submissions, advertising, signage, video, and infographics
- Manage creative processes from briefing to delivery
- Produce digital and traditional creative plans that drive marketing outcomes
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including internal clients and creative agencies
- Provide visual electronic arts services to the business, including still photography and video
- Act as a brand leader and provide operational and technical expertise
- Ensure all design and marketing activities deliver brand compliance and excellence

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ design experience in fast-paced in-house or creative agency environments
- Experience managing design briefing, workflows, and stakeholder engagement
- An interest in the property industry and desire to take stewardship of a successful global brand
