About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organisation's strategic direction, providing comprehensive global and local leadership. This role reports to the Board of Directors and requires close collaboration to ensure effective governance, financial health, and strategic decision-making.

The Group CEO has ultimate accountability for all business functions across the group, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Retail, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Administration.

About You

We are seeking an experienced CEO or seasoned General Manager with a proven track record in leading multi-region companies or divisions with over 50 people. The ideal candidate will have experience in international markets and legal entities outside of ANZ, such as the US, Asia, or the UK.

Broad CEO background, but likely to have come through a sales and/or marketing channel, with significant experience facilitating revenue growth. Consumer/branded or product experience, ideally within a high-growth context. Culture builder with excellent communication skills and executive/leadership presence and credibility.

Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes and work in partnership with Private Equity shareholders. Track record of value creation. Experience in managing operations and supply chain is desirable. Willing to travel internationally.

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
