Position Overview:

The Business Development & Sales Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving AthleTech's growth by developing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with fitness professionals, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calling and emailing campaigns to identify and engage potential clients, resulting in successful conversions and partnerships.

B2B Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, personal trainers, and other fitness industry professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups, delivering professional and personalized interactions that exceed client expectations.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Founder Support: Provide critical support to the founder when unavailable, including responding to high-priority messages, managing daily operations, and assisting the team.

Administrative Duties: Maintain CRM updates, track outreach progress, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, B2B communications, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools is a plus
  • A genuine passion for the fitness industry and helping businesses grow

What We Offer:
