We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team in the Central North Island region. The ideal candidate will be based out of Hamilton or Tauranga office and responsible for covering the wider Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas.

About This Role
  • The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • They will provide customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance, and market/industry developments.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement market-driven and customer-specific sales strategies.
  2. Develop, strengthen, and reinforce strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Survey, specify, and quote direct to new customers.
  4. Maintain and improve knowledge of the company product range, competitor products, and general market information.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a true hunter mentality.
  • A results-focused attitude with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing new business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong business acumen, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
