We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager to take charge of our Hyundai & Isuzu service and parts department at Ingham Hamilton.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be accountable for profitability, achieving KPIs, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive efficiency, grow revenue, and lead a high-performing team.What You'll DoLead and manage the After Sales Department, including service and parts operations.Drive profitability by achieving and exceeding financial targets and KPIs.Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty processes and standards.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.Optimise workshop performance by managing scheduling, staffing, and workflow.Maintain quality control and high safety standards across all after-sales operations.Coach, develop, and mentor your team to maximise productivity and engagement.Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to align after-sales operations with overall dealership goals.What You'll BringProven experience in an After Sales Manager, Service Manager, or Parts Manager role within the automotive industry.Strong leadership and business acumen with a focus on KPIs, revenue growth, and cost control.In-depth knowledge of manufacturer warranty compliance and service department best practices.Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.The ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts operations.A valid NZ Driver's Licence and current working rights in New Zealand.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives - $130,000 + OTEThe latest company vehicle includedA modern, well-equipped workshop with leading automotive brandsCareer progression and professional development opportunitiesOngoing manufacturer training provided by Hyundai & IsuzuA key leadership role in a friendly, supportive, and high-performing teamAbout UsIngham is a privately owned and operated multi-franchise automotive group with a strong reputation for delivering quality brands and service.
