Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
- Handling incoming communications and correspondence
- Coordinating and scheduling site visits and assigning field staff
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Experience as a Senior Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
