About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, supporting a highly mobile business owner and Chair/trustee of multiple boards. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping their business, board commitments, and life running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring the calendar runs like clockwork.
  • Preparing materials for meetings, including reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinating board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Lending a hand with ongoing projects, from research to tracking progress.
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling business expenses, and providing customer service.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools.
  • A sense of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
