This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, supporting a highly mobile business owner and Chair/trustee of multiple boards. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping their business, board commitments, and life running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring the calendar runs like clockwork.
- Preparing materials for meetings, including reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinating board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
- Lending a hand with ongoing projects, from research to tracking progress.
- Providing general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling business expenses, and providing customer service.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools.
- A sense of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
