Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As an integral member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our CRM, coordinating event ticketing, handling invoicing, and supporting the execution of high-profile business and charity events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Membership Management: Maintain accurate records, onboard new members, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Event Administration: Manage ticketing, RSVPs, and support the operations team in planning and executing high-profile events.
  • Accounts & Financial Admin (Xero): Process invoices, reconcile payments, and generate reports.
  • General Administration: Schedule meetings, assist with reports and communications, and provide operational support as needed.
  • Marketing & Communications: Assist with content creation for newsletters, social media, and website updates.
  • Proofreading: Ensure all communications, reports, event materials, and member correspondence are polished and error-free.

About You:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and clarity in written materials. 5+ years of experience in administration or accounts roles is required, along with proficiency in Xero, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
