Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer, including managing their calendar, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing their calendar and preparing expense reports
  • Make complex travel arrangements and handle administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and other executives to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate logistics for the CEO's office, including meetings, events, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum two to five years of experience supporting a CEO or executive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
