**The Role & Team**

We are seeking an exceptional CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER to join our New Zealand Support Office and Training Centre team. As the first point of contact for all B2B, customer, and store-related inquiries, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, banking reconciliations, and coordinating suppliers and service providers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a fast-moving, detail-savvy problem solver who thrives in a dynamic workflow. You will be part of a proactive, adaptable team that values communication, collaboration, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines with ease

  • Process invoices and banking reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive administrative experience with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
