**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship and Sales Development Expert to join our award-winning sales team. As a Field Sales Specialist/Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of retail customers/stores in the Southland/Otago Region (Oamaru – Stewart Island). The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to deliver AOP sales targets, utilizing banner insights and store level data to conduct store performance reviews, and collaborating with the grocery key account team to drive promotional and shopper activities at store level.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, with the ability to plan and prioritize an effective call cycle. Great personality, energetic and positive approach, and a 'can-do' mindset are also essential. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to follow through and build positive relationships with customers, are highly valued.
