Sales and Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Specialist/Territory Manager to capture business opportunities, maximize product exposure, and forge strong relationships to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory of retail customers/stores in the Southland/Otago Region (Oamaru – Stewart Island), developing and implementing sales strategies to deliver AOP sales targets.
- Utilizing banner insights and store level data to conduct store performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and agreeing on action plans to implement.
- Collaborating with the grocery key account team to drive promotional and shopper activities at store level while providing in-market feedback and insights.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience as a sales rep, preferably in the South Island FMCG market, with great existing relationships and the ability to build strong rapport quickly. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and influencing key stakeholders through quality conversations, are also essential.
