We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Southland/Otago Region. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a territory of retail customers and stores, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Your primary goal will be to capture business opportunities, maximise product exposure, and forge strong business relationships to continue and improve company growth. To achieve this, you will need 5 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in the FMCG market, with strong existing relationships and the ability to build strong rapport quickly.
You should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and influencing key stakeholders. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to plan and prioritise an effective call cycle, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a great personality, energetic and positive approach, with a 'can-do' mindset.
