Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care, working closely with other specialists, registrars, and nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- To participate in the development of new services and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest advances in gastroenterology.
- To contribute to the education and training of junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in medicine from a recognized institution.
- Current registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in gastroenterology, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and patients.
