We're looking for a talented Customer Experience Director to join our Digital Team. In this role, you will lead the design and maintenance of the product delivery roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully roll out Salesforce to all business units.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce suite of products, particularly focusing on CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current practices, establishing project timelines and assessing resource capability and capacity required to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Manage the vendor relationship with Salesforce and external development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the CRM system.
  • Develop a user community to drive the product vision, upskill teams, and create future growth and enhancement opportunities.

About You:

You are a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent time management and decision-making skills. You bring at least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering digital experiences, products, and services.
