The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for driving department sales, managing a team of employees, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving department sales and taking ownership of the team's sales performance
  • Managing, coaching, developing, and motivating the team to exceed sales budgets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store)
  • Strong sales coaching competence and proven ability in coaching for sales improvement
  • Excellent team management experience and ability to motivate and coach a team to improve sales results
