Customer Experience Director

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field, with expertise in streamlining systems, particularly e-commerce integrations (Shopify and Lightspeed), and order fulfillment efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries across various channels, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Fulfillment Oversight: Streamline order processes, optimize automation, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Reporting & Insights: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and improving our service offering.
