Customer Experience Director

We're seeking an experienced marketer to lead our Private Banking marketing efforts. As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, you'll develop and execute strategies to drive growth, revenue, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and stay ahead of the competition.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the Private Banking Go-to-Market strategy to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing comms strategy.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
