Regional Account Development Manager

We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode with accounts in the Lower South Island territory (Ashburton to Invercargill).
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the value proposition for each brand and develop and maintain effective commercial relationships & strategic account plans with internal & external stakeholders.
- Innovate and solve problems: Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer's business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business.
- Collaborate: Identify & build relationships with end users in the territory through working closely with our major accounts and facilitating end user conversions through trade events and by making in-field joint sales calls with the objective of defending and growing market share.
- Monitor, analyse and provide insights into account performance. Leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/opportunities and inform business decisions.
