Our Purpose

At Xero, we automate routine tasks, surface actionable insights, and connect businesses with the right data, advisors, and apps.

You'll work with our Partners to accelerate growth by increasing revenue from existing customers.

As a Senior Partner Growth Strategist, you'll develop sustainable growth strategies, retention plans, and support for our largest and most complex Partners in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large and complex accounting firms to strategize revenue growth and promotion
  • Build territory plans to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades and connected payment services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Plan and execute client and Partner events to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition
  • Manage relationships with existing accounting Partners
  • Educate Partners on Xero's Partner program and resources
  • Ensure timely product and educational updates
  • Combat churn and deletion risks through education and value proposition

Requirements:

  • Experience managing long-term client relationships
  • Presentation and spreadsheet skills, including CRM database knowledge
  • Direct experience with accounting practices and their systems
  • Sales performance and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
