About the Role
As our Head of Agency Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across our agency partners. Leveraging trading parameters and innovative solutions, you will lead the market.

Your Key Responsibilities
Strategically grow agency revenue and market share across multiple regions by building and maintaining strong connections with agency partners and key stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing, product, and promotional strategies aligned with market needs. Equip your team with tools and strategies to achieve and exceed their revenue targets. Lead integrated sales strategies across platforms, dismantling silos and embracing collaborative approaches. Develop and manage high-performing sales teams, ensuring professional development, clear expectations, and ongoing success.

What We're Looking For
A decade of senior media commercial sales leadership experience is essential. Expertise in integration and omnichannel sales strategies, with proven results in trading and negotiation, is required. At least five years' experience in media strategy, data, and insights is necessary. A strong track record of achieving revenue targets and market share growth is expected. Collaborative leadership skills that empower teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes are vital. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations is essential.
