We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our IT Service Desk team and ensure smooth operations across our network.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Service Desk team.
  • Oversight of IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Implementation of best practices in IT service management and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to enhance IT services.
  • Monitoring and analysis of service desk performance, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Providing hands-on support and troubleshooting when needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an IT Service Desk leadership role.
  • Experience working in an MSP environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment is a plus.
