The successful candidate will lead our IT Service Desk team, ensuring smooth operations across our network.

Main Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Service Desk team Oversee IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests Implement best practices in IT service management and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance IT services Monitor and analyse service desk performance, ensuring SLAs are met Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting when needed Requirements: Proven experience in an IT Service Desk leadership role Experience working in an MSP environment would be highly regarded Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team in a dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach Experience working in a multi-site environment is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills About the Role: Work for a leading healthcare provider in a rapidly expanding organization Be part of a collaborative, high-performance team Career growth opportunities in a dynamic industry Competitive salary and great employee benefits
