The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Account Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier clients and collaborate with a team of exceptional professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets, working closely with our corporate development team.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior colleagues and clients to develop strategic plans that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges and contribute to the evolution of our products and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior colleagues and clients to influence outcomes and foster cooperation across functional areas.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Director who excels in sales and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, fast-paced environment. You'll be a master negotiator, adept at securing favorable terms and conditions while building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and brokers.
