We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead our Senior Advisors in Complaint Management across New Zealand. This pivotal role will lead and inspire a team dedicated to assessing, reviewing, and managing complaints.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence and continuous improvement in complaint management processes. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Feedback and Complaints to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification or studies in social work or related fields, along with demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and managing multi-disciplinary teams within social services. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of contemporary issues in social services delivery and a strong understanding of statutory obligations and the State Sector environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring a team to deliver excellent complaint management services
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Developing and implementing efficient systems to manage complaints

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification or studies in social work or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and managing multi-disciplinary teams within social services
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary issues in social services delivery and a strong understanding of statutory obligations and the State Sector environment
