These and our commitment to dismantling barriers shape and drive our mahi.About the role | Mo te turanga mahiAs the Complaints & Legal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team with the complaints and disciplinary processes.
You'll oversee the coordination of the investigating and disciplinary committees, manage case allocations, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient and fair process.This role will involve:Organising hearings.Preparing documentation bundles.Maintaining accurate digital records.Ensuring the smooth operation of the complaints process.Who we're looking for | Ta matou e kimi neiWith a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you'll provide secretarial support to committees, manage correspondence, and engage experts when needed.You will have a background in administration, legal support, or complaints coordination and thrive in a structured environment.
You'll need to be highly organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with volunteers, senior decision-makers, and the wider team.A strong customer service focus, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are key to success in this role.
