**Job Summary:** Impero Software Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead our sales operations team and drive revenue growth through operational excellence.

The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, managing the sales forecasting process, overseeing the CRM system, and ensuring overall sales effectiveness.

This role will also be responsible for sales compensation plans, setting sales quotas, and ensuring data-driven insights lead to informed decision-making.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales operations best practices.

Sales Objectives:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Selling the product portfolio by establishing contact and developing relationships with channel partners.
  • Create a territory plan that demonstrates how you will create growth in your area.
  • Negotiate/close deals.
  • Cultivate and build relationships within new and existing verticals at a strategic level.
  • Attend events, exhibitions, and trade shows where relevant.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and channel partners identifying their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid documents.
  • Collaborate with team members across the Company.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e., product and marketing.
