Area Sales Manager

Qemtex is seeking a dedicated area sales manager to oversee our USA regions, specifically the East Coast and West Coast. The area sales manager will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from assigned accounts to target accounts, conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, formulating sales strategies, and enhancing product knowledge. If you have a strong background in sales management and are driven to achieve growth and expand market presence, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates.
- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development for sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
- Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensuring that sales staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform their duties.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers daily.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales and profit.
- Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superb knowledge of powder coating products, with specialized technical knowledge.
- Relevant licenses or certifications in sales or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales management within powder coating or a related industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
