As a Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in growing market share within your designated region. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and the Chief Customer and Revenue Officer, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed regional sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and urgency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Promote McFall's Zero Harm commitment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
- Actively promote company products, special offers, and new services to boost revenue.
- Leverage back-office support from the Sales Support Contact Centre to streamline administrative tasks and focus on high-value customer engagement.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track pipeline activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely completion of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in fuel, lubricants, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts to drive revenue.
- Experience working with internal support teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Understanding of fuel and lubricant products (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and industry regulations.
