This role requires driving strategy to achieve revenue goals by building and executing opportunities, delivering renewal of existing customers, and developing a territory plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted HCM line of business solutions. Key to success will be ability to work with the Head of Sales and virtual account team across SAP to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience selling business software/solutions, experience selling to CHRO and IT plus demonstrating success working with Industry/Enterprise preferred, history of target over achievement, internal & external customer satisfaction, ability to articulate the business value of an investment to potential customers, territory planning and ability to identify and prioritize opportunities, knowledge of solution portfolio, ability to produce quality internal and external artefacts, ability to understand and navigate complex accounts, ability to operate strategically and tactically, strong work ethic, willingness and ability to collaborate with the virtual account team on strategy and execution of account plan and opportunities.
