The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Allied Health professional to build and lead our National Portfolio in Vocational Rehab.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring there is a clear understanding of contractual requirements of funders within the Portfolio and that all contractual obligations are met in an effective and efficient manner by our clinical staff.
You will work alongside the advisory team, quality team, and GM to operational guidelines, training materials, and reporting metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver on Proactive's strategic plan and vision.
- Drive business growth by supporting referral volumes and the ability to grow the service.
- Contribute to changes in processes to ensure excellence in quality and outcomes.
- Monitor service delivery to identify performance trends and areas for quality and efficiency improvement.
Salary:**NZD 120,000 - NZD 150,000 per annum**
