Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Office for Māori Crown Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic oversight, building relationships with iwi and Māori stakeholders, and providing high-quality advice. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing strategic guidance and advice to Ministers
• Collaborating with public sector agencies
• Leading organisational change
• Providing high-quality, evidence-based advice
Required Skills and Qualifications
A commitment to tikanga Māori, matapono Māori, and kaupapa Māori is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes.
