We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organisational Development Advisor to join our team at Summerset Holdings.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced OD professional to drive organisational change and improvement within our company. As a Senior Organisational Development Advisor, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing OD strategies that align with our culture, values, and organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development, preferably within a large and complex organisation. You will possess excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cultural change management skills. Your ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions will be invaluable in this role.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to navigate varying work styles and situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and embedding of OD programmes focusing on culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to assess organisational needs and recommend tailored OD solutions.
- Manage OD projects, including business case preparation, project planning, risk assessment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programmes, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in organisational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field (project management qualifications are a bonus).
- Proven experience in OD within a large and complex organisation.
- Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and embedding cultural change.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Proactive and innovative with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate varying work styles and situations effectively.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
