We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.As a Solution Sales Executive, your main focus is to drive strategy to achieve your overall revenue goal by building and executing opportunities, whilst delivering renewal of existing customers.
You will develop a territory plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted HCM line of business solutions to customers and prospects across Industry/Enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Work with the Head of Sales and virtual account team across SAP to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & revenue growth.Educate target accounts on the solution set, conduct and engage in strategic account planning across SAP.Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.Uncover, qualify, and lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities.Attain various sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities within the territory.Plan well the use of various resources.Provide clarity in sales strategy and account activity.Experience:Several years of experience selling business software/solutions.Experience selling to CHRO and IT plus demonstrating success working with Industry/Enterprise preferred.History of target over achievement.Skills:Internal & external customer satisfaction; ability to articulate the business value of an investment to potential customers.Territory planning and ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.Knowledge of solution portfolio.Ability to produce quality internal and external artefacts.Ability to understand and navigate complex accounts.Ability to operate strategically and tactically.Strong work ethic.Willingness and ability to collaborate with the virtual account team on strategy and execution of account plan and opportunities.We win with inclusionSAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best.
