Your Role

You will be responsible for developing a territory plan to promote SAP's HCM solutions to Industry/Enterprise customers and prospects. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop a territory plan to promote SAP's HCM solutions to Industry/Enterprise customers and prospects
  • Work with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deliver strategic account planning to educate target accounts on SAP's solution set
  • Establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
  • Lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities and attain various sales objectives
