In this exciting role as a Senior Solutions Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of SAP's HCM line of business solutions.

You will work closely with the virtual account team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly targets, while also educating target accounts on the value proposition of our solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Working with the virtual account team to develop and execute programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Educating target accounts on the value proposition of SAP's HCM line of business solutions
  • Leading efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
  • Uncovering, qualifying, and leading sales cycles based on HXM opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will require several years of experience selling business software/solutions, with a proven track record of success working with Industry/Enterprise clients.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Ability to articulate the business value of an investment to potential customers
  • Territory planning and ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Knowledge of solution portfolio
  • Ability to produce quality internal and external artefacts
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex accounts
