This high-priority administrative support role provides top-level coordination to the Directorate overseeing medical specialty functions in Health New Zealand Southern.

As part of the leadership team, you will facilitate communication channels, manage complex schedules, and oversee financial and human resource systems.

You will work closely with staff, external organisations, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional administrative services, including:

  • Facilitating communication channels
  • Organising meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Overseeing schedules and complex diary management
  • Managing patient feedback and complaints
  • Liaising directly with patients and their whanau
