This key role, based in Auckland, will drive comprehensive growth strategies for the NZ market. It primarily involves new business development-focused sales activities. The role is hybrid/flexible.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ar Staffing Solutions. We require a self-driven, proactive salesperson who can bring in new business opportunities and relationships. This role entails generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts with new FMCG/Construction companies.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and present staffing solutions to businesses that require temporary or contract workers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients to secure deals that meet both the company's and client's expectations.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
