About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate targets in the AI market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management, contributing to the development of business strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
- Build and work closely with Sales Channel, providing technical support and product training as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our AI solutions and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in sales or account management within the AI industry, preferably in Agentic AI.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of channel and customer base, preferably NVIDIA and enterprise segment.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and Copilot.
