Job Description

About the Role:

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our client base. This role involves hunting for and winning new competitor accounts, as well as supporting the growth of designated DSO accounts and Straumann Key Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Hunt for and win new competitor accounts
  • Support the growth of designated DSO accounts
  • Grow existing Straumann Key Accounts
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support business growth
  • Provide strategic support to the Commercial Director NZ
  • Assist with cover of vacant territories as needed
  • Ensure key trends and issues are fed back to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
