We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Specialist to join our team at Waste Management New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and sustainability to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the WM team to drive overall revenue growth.
- Develop and present a Territory Management Plan for effective time and effort investment.
- Identify and cultivate contacts and networks for lead generation, promoting WM products and services to SME markets.
- Nurture and convert leads provided by our Customer Success team.
- Ensure up-to-date CRM data with a weekly refresh of accurate pipeline information.
- 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- An interest in developing strong sales skills, with a customer solution mindset.
- Experience in customer support or issue resolution.
- Computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
