Job Overview:We're seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team in New Zealand, focused on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Guide prospects through the buying journey, from initial discussions to contract signature
- Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of our software to potential clients
- Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
- Collaborate with post-sales delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and onboarding for new clients
- Proven track record in software sales, with experience in complex environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of the legal technology industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
