Job Overview
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of transactions, payments, and journals at Tuaropaki Power Company. The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant qualification and significant experience with procurement, ERP, and payments systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all transactions, including payroll, payments, and journals, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and implement improvements to transaction workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with banking covenants and cash flow requirements.
- Oversee the work and development of the Payments and Transactions Officer, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and ensure that the company's financial operations run smoothly.
- Assist with procurement processes and ensure adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) Policy.
- Champion the use of TechOne software, promoting system efficiency and best practices.
