Job Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Hamilton. In this busy and varied role, you'll be responsible for providing quality administration and contract support ensuring all administration functions and financial processes are carried out to high standards.

Key Accountabilities
Provide administration and coordination to support the day-to-day running of the depot
Prepare, process and reconcile financial records including purchase orders, invoices and receipts
Provide support to various departments and internal managers as needed
Evaluate systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on financial tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial data
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
People-focused with great communication and relationship-building skills
