Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting commercial and residential conveyancing;
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial leases;
  • Managing subdivision projects;
  • Coordinating refinancing transactions;
  • Drafting shareholder agreements;
  • Assisting with the sale and purchase of businesses;
  • Preparing and negotiating easements;
  • Overseeing property development projects;
