About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Administrator to support our Auckland operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, monitoring workflows, maintaining safety standards, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage production orders, update operational plans, and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
  2. Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety protocols, identify hazards, and support H&S activities.
  3. Manage P/O's, ordering of consumables, inventory variances, and pick slips.
  4. Arrange logistics for finished goods and liaise with freight providers.
  5. Assist with stock counts, run reports, liaise with maintenance providers and contractors.

Requirements

  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritise, and remain organised in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a highly structured and organized approach.
  • Experience in a similar role, having an understanding of ERP and planning in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply reason and logic to operational and administrative issues.
