Ripple is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our operations with a part-time role. The ideal candidate will be based in Te Atatu South, New Zealand, and have the ability to work independently in a sole charge position.

About the Role:
  • Oversee general administration and provide sales support to our clients.
  • Manage human resources and payroll administration efficiently, using IMS Payroll and other tools.
  • Handle accounts, including bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and all tax responsibilities, utilizing Xero and Workflow Max where possible.
Key Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a sole charge environment.
  • Experience with Xero, IMS Payroll, and Workflow Max is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
