Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As an integral member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our CRM, coordinating event ticketing, handling invoicing, and supporting the execution of high-profile business and charity events.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage CRM and Membership Data: Maintain accurate records, onboard new members, and liaise with stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate Event Logistics: Manage ticketing, RSVPs, and support the operations team in planning and executing high-profile events.
  3. Process Invoices and Payments: Handle invoicing, reconcile payments, and generate reports using Xero.
  4. Provide Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, assist with reports and communications, and provide operational support as needed.
  5. Assist with Marketing and Communications: Help create content for newsletters, social media, and website updates.
  6. Ensure High-Quality Documentation: Proofread all communications, reports, event materials, and member correspondence to ensure they are polished and error-free.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive, highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and clarity in written materials. 5+ years of experience in administration or accounts roles is required, along with proficiency in Xero, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
